- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Due to this being the only PNC location in Richmond it gets very crowded especially on various "payday" days. If you ever need to see a banker at times you have to wait for quite a while just to handle business; it would be best to schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait. The staff is nice and helpful, and try their best to accommodate your banking needs. The only bad experience I had is when I had to make a deposit in another account and instead of the bank attendant depositing it my way as 2 separate transactions according to the deposit slips I handed them; they did the deposit as one which threw off the purpose of me making the deposit in the other account since it was for different purposes. Overall, I would say this is a decent location to deal with just expect wait times.By Corneilius Morell, February 10, 2017
