  I've never had an unpleasant experience with any credit union, including Park Community. Your customer service people are courteous and professional. The phones are always manned by a "real" person and answered quickly. Your tellers and other staff are knowledgable and even though I rarely go into one of your local branches, somehow I'm always recognized. There are some commercial banks that would do well to emulate your business model.

  Have had a credit union account [northern Virginia and Kentucky] for just over 50 years ! The people have always been personable AND professional, and have repeatedly tried to answer/resolve any questions and problems I brought to them. PLUS: I appreciate the cooperative structure which fosters a customer- conscious perspective -- and the always reasonable rates offered.

  I paid a huge amount to pay my monthly payment for 4 months. Told the teller that I wanted to pay April which I came in to pay April. May, June and July. The payment only paid April May and June and the rest went to principle. No one informed me of this and no one over the phone can tell me where it is in the contract I signed. I can't find it on the website that this is their policy. Seems shady and now I have to pay a late fee.

  They have always been a great place to save and bank. The clerk's are nice and friendly​. I like the senior banking packages
